At Green IV, the safety and well-being of our clients are our top priorities. To ensure we maintain the highest standards of care, all clients will incur a once a year Virtual Provider Visit charge. This fee covers the cost of all the clients Virtual Provider Visits conducted throughout the calendar year, helping us to provide the best possible service and ensure that every treatment is safe and appropriate for your needs.

In the rare event that a client is unable to receive treatment after a nurse has completed a full assessment, and it is determined that further care is necessary—such as a visit to the Emergency Room, Urgent Care, or Primary Physician—a Service Charge will be applied. However, if the client is able to receive treatment the Service Fee will be waived. At Green IV, your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we take every measure to ensure you receive the appropriate care when needed.
